It's free and it works pretty good. Thinking about starting up a forum of some sort? if you have to make mod's however it can be a pain in the ass. Patrick - I hear you on the grass growing. That's awesome about the yard work. All I can tell you about growing grass is patience and fertilizer. After a year at our house and tons of work I finally have a yard that looks like a yard.
