Okay so it’s not really one credit down, but that’s the way I’m counting it. I took the first test of my independent study class today. It’s a 3 credit class with 3 tests. So I figured each test is worth one credit. So I’ve got 2 more to go in that class!

This Thursday we head off for our vacation in San Francisco. I haven’t done any preparing for it. I basically know what I’m taking on my carry on (it’s going to weigh a ton…camera and laptop computer and a school book!) and that’s it. Oh and I know what I’m wearing to the wedding. We did manage to snag a limo ride for the wedding. The bride and groom kindly lent the out of towners the user of it while they are getting their pictures taken by my old man. Saves us some money. It will be my first limo ride so I’m looking forward to it.

I’m going to try and post up a couple of blog posts while I’m in San Fran, but we’ll have to see how the internet connection is. If I have to pay for the internet connection you’re out of luck. But if I’ve got free internet, then you’ll probably get a post or two. Or if I can find free internet somewhere I’ll post something up.

As I mentioned in the previous post the wife and I went Disc Golfing last Saturday. The weather turned crappy as soon as we got there, but we were able to get in 9 holes without getting rained on. Let’s just say that I totally sucked. I think I made 1 par out of the 9 holes we played. And one of the holes I had a snowman (that would be an 8 for those that aren’t with the golfing lingo!). The good thing is that there’s a course not to far away from work and a guy at work got a disc this weekend as well. So we have tentatively planned on playing 9 holes on our lunch break on Wednesday. I’ll probably get my assed hand to me, but it will be good practice.

Well I need to go and write down some instructions for the people taking care of the cats while we are gone.
