The 5th was my birthday and I got some pretty good loot this year (not that any years are bad!). Wife got me a bunch of playstation 2 games and one of those steering wheel things. I haven’t played it yet, but I’m hoping to get to it today before we go out for dinner tonight. My parents got me 3 books on Navy Seals. I know I’ve mentioned it before, but I’m a big special forces buff so these books were right up my alley. And I need to read something sort of stimulating. Harry Potter and the Chronicles of Narnia are getting a bit old.

Today I managed to talk a co-worker into going golfing with me. He was a big apprehensive, but he didn’t bail on me. It was a good time I thought. Honestly I wish we could have gone out and played another 9 holes, but I’m sure that he didn’t want to do that. Funniest moment of the day was when he teed off and his golf club broke. wish we would have got that on camera!

Tomorrow I’m hoping that one of the TV stations I have will be playing the Eagles and Cowboys game. I can’t wait to see what the Eagles fans do to TO. Speaking of which I need to get my fantasy teams updated…ahh that can wait until tomorrow morning.

I’m planning on putting in some time on the story I’ve been putting up. I hope that it ends up being a good amount so I post it up throughout the week.
