Ran across this video just a few minutes ago. Glad this didn’t hit our area because if it would have…well lets just say our house would probably have some damage to it and I probably wouldn’t be sitting here writing.

I know awhile ago I shared my joy of writing…or at least tried to. Somewhere along the way I lost that and I’m trying to get back into it. So there is hope that I might update this blog a bit more often. It will probably be non-sense as usual, but it’s attempt to get back into the writing frame of mind. Not that I really have any time, but I figure if I want to get the next Robert Parker then I need to at least make an attempt to get some words down each and every day. So I am going to make an attempt at it.

The wife has had a hell of a week. First her iPod Nano was stolen at work. She has an idea of who it is, but she can’t prove it so she’s just out of luck. Then to top it off she had the classroom from hell yesterday. My wife hardly talks ill of being a teacher and the kids that she sees, but her comment was “I wanted to set all of their little heads on fire.”. Yikes.

I got a new toy for my camera. A flash. Now I can look all professional and let it sit here and collect some dust! Actually I’ve been trying to use it more and more now. I find a lot of inspiration from flickr.com. If you haven’t been there check out their interesting photos from the past 7 days. There are some incredibly talented people out there. Well I’m going to call this a start to my writing something ever day and go onto some programming.
