As someone who does a lot of dance-y exercise videos in the privacy of the living room, I can definitely say that regular practice helps. It seems like dance is, in some ways, just another skill, and uses the same learning processes that any other new skill would need, as well. And the regular practice also helps one get over a fear of looking foolish. This is a big step for the 2 of you, as I recall some of your earlier comments about you and dancing. :-) Yes indeed, Chris.
