30 Years!
For the past 3 years my wife has been giving me a hard time about turning 30 and on Friday it will finally come true. I will be 30 years old. In addition it’s my last day at my current job. Perhaps a kind of birthday present to myself and the start of something new and great.
Our house is on the market as of last Friday. We haven’t had any lookers at it yet, but I’m hoping that there will be some shortly or else I’ll be even more nervous than I was before. We’ve been packing rather slowly, but are going to kick it into high gear here shortly.  My mom asked me on the phone if I was excited about this move. I am excited, but I’m also very stressed about getting everything done and in order. Once our house here in Iowa sells I will for the most part be stress free (regarding the move and such!).
One of the things I am looking forward to at Cheyenne is the fact that I don’t have a 20 minute drive to work. But on the other hand I kind of enjoy sipping on my coffee and listening to my podcasts on the way to work. So I’ll have to come up with some sort of new routine.
Also for those of you on Facebook let me know. I’ll add you as friends if you want. For those that use Facebook…what the hell does Poke mean (as in Poke Her or Poke Him)? Seems kind of dirty to me!
