Neck tattoo’s and other crap!
When we first arrived in Cheyenne, we were eating junk food (aka: fast food). The first place that we visited was a McDonalds. The cashier that gave us our meal had a neck tattoo. Not one of those on the back of the neck but one of those that’s on the side and either hurt like a son of a bitch to get or is proclaiming their love for some lover that left them after a drunken night. Later in the week we went to Arby’s. Another neck tattoo. At another Arby’s once again there was a large neck tattoo. So I think in order to work in fast food here in Cheyenne, you need to have a large neck tattoo. If you don’t you don’t get hired!
This morning and part of the afternoon was spent preparing our mega master bedroom (king size bed delivered last Monday!) for us to live in and winterizing the house. The cats think that the king size bed was bought for them, but they are mistaken (we’ve been sleeping on the queen size bed upstairs). After all of the inside stuff was done we went outside to put up storm windows. How it’s possible to lose 2 windows I’m not sure. All but 2 of the windows now have storm windows, but those 2 have screens on them. Luckily they are on the opposite side of where the wind usually blows…and it does blow in Wyoming. As in Iowa where they tracked the humidity with their weather, they track the wind around here.
Tomorrow we plan on getting out for a drive and trying to relax. I’ll have the camera with me so hopefully next week I’ll have pictures to post for everyone.
Well I’ve got a few other things I need to do before I head home.
