Here’s another reason for living in Wyoming. When it rains here it gets cooler…not muggier like in the midwest. It rained last night. It was a thunderstorm, but nothing like what we had in Iowa. Doesn’t compare at all!

Having said these 2 things about moving to Wyoming, there are still parts of Iowa that I still miss. Friends specifically and the restaurants.

Also I’ve been pondering the idea of putting Linux on my machine once the new laptop arrives (tomorrow…hopefully!). As a matter of fact right now I am writing this from Linux (Kubuntu). The thing that’s holding me back is the 3 or so applications that I can’t run under Linux. There are a few work arounds that I can try.
