Sorry to double comment, but I forgot to mention that Oregon and Montana DO have a state income tax....but I don't know how long they've had them.

Alaska, New Hampshire, Tennessee, Florida, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming, Nevada, and Texas...none have a state income tax.

We feel very blessed not to have a state income tax, especially when we're SO close to the GA border.

Mike - Yeah poor bogey. It will be interesting to say the least. Also found out that the in-laws are coming and are bringing their dog as well...regular old zoo!

Jenn - I didn't know that about TN. I haven't heard from pat in awhile so I'm kind of curious as to what's going on. Have him drop me a line when he has time!

We don't have state income tax in Tennessee either. But there is humidity and it is hot here, especially compared to where you are.

Currently my husband works in Gerogia and so he pays state income tax, but we hope to be remedying that soon.

Poor Bogey. I can just picture the first time he unwittingly walks up to the cats food dish for a bite and the boys jump him and beat him down. ^_^
