Fitness Day 7
Amazingly enough I made it out to the freshly cleaned garage for a kettlebell workout!
10 Minutes of various kettlebell work (Next week will be 11 minutes, then 12 etc etc..small steps).
Also I figured that some of you may not know what kettlebells are so here’s a video that I found not to long ago. Just to let you know…I think most of the work that this guy does with a kettlebell is with a 53lb or 2 Pood. I’m working with a wimpy 20lb and 35lb if I’m feeling extra strong!
