Fitness Day 8

We’re making progress…another 3 days.  Hopefully this time no 2 week break before day 4!  Any how I feel great, but the scale says I’m getting fatter!  Yeah imagine that Garfield cartoon with the scale screaming at him. That’s me and my scale.  I weigh the most I’ve ever weighed.  Not good! Any how onto workout.

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

  • 2 Hand swing with 35lb bell x 10 reps
  • 10 Right hand snatches with 20lb bell
  • 10 Left hand snatches with 20lb bell

5.3 rounds (I finished the right hand snatches when the timer went off)

    You’re going to make me start posting my daily workouts my friend. I’ve got a new workout partner that’s an ATF agent and this week he’s been killing me. But I guess it makes you stronger right? With the lack of anything interesting to post, I might actually start posting that stuff. Maybe it’d motivate you to try Crossfit…

    Post ‘em up. I’d be all over crossfit but the gym here is not condusive to it. Seriously. I’m not sure about other gyms, but not this one. We are however trying to put together our own home gym.

    And if your ATF guy has been doing CF for awhile, like many of the elite units do, I can totally imagine he kicks your ass. That shits hard!
