Fitness Day 8
We’re making progress…another 3 days. Hopefully this time no 2 week break before day 4! Any how I feel great, but the scale says I’m getting fatter! Yeah imagine that Garfield cartoon with the scale screaming at him. That’s me and my scale. I weigh the most I’ve ever weighed. Not good! Any how onto workout.
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
- 2 Hand swing with 35lb bell x 10 reps
- 10 Right hand snatches with 20lb bell
- 10 Left hand snatches with 20lb bell
5.3 rounds (I finished the right hand snatches when the timer went off)
