Fitness Day 12

Took a break over the weekend.  It was my birthday so I think I deserved it.  Any how I realized today while lifting the kettlebell that I’ve been misquoting the weight. So anything up until now has really been a 16KG KB.  No one really cares I know.

15 total minutes.

5 Minutes of Chin-ups (5…I’m weak!) and Pushups (3×10)

10 Minutes of the following for as many rounds as possible.

5 Right Hand and 5 Left hand Snatch with 16KG Bell

10 Total rounds for 50 total reps with each hand…I already feel it!

    If you guys ever come to visit, we’ll see your thoughts on that. :) It’s essentially 35.2 to 44 pounds. So yeah nothing major, but a difference regardless!
