Fitness Day 12
Took a break over the weekend. It was my birthday so I think I deserved it. Any how I realized today while lifting the kettlebell that I’ve been misquoting the weight. So anything up until now has really been a 16KG KB. No one really cares I know.
15 total minutes.
5 Minutes of Chin-ups (5…I’m weak!) and Pushups (3×10)
10 Minutes of the following for as many rounds as possible.
5 Right Hand and 5 Left hand Snatch with 16KG Bell
10 Total rounds for 50 total reps with each hand…I already feel it!
