Fitness Day 12

Took a break over the weekend.  It was my birthday so I think I deserved it.  Any how I realized today while lifting the kettlebell that I’ve been misquoting the weight. So anything up until now has really been a 16KG KB.  No one really cares I know.

3 workouts in one week. What a miracle!  Yeah I’m getting back into the grove on this. Especially being able to workout at home.
11 Total Minutes
1 Minute Single Hand Swing with 20LB KB
Max number of rounds in 10 minutes
5 20KG KB Squat
5/5 Clean and Press with 20KG KB.
Did 7 and 2 thirds rounds.

Fitness Day 11

I’m considering today a cardio day.  Not sure why I did it, I just did. I really want to get my wife out there with me, but we’ll see.

190 total double hand swings with 20KG Bell.  (20,20,20,20,20,20,20,20,30)

Yeah it almost didn’t happen, but I made it back to the garage for some more sweaty goodness.

We’re making progress…another 3 days.  Hopefully this time no 2 week break before day 4!  Any how I feel great, but the scale says I’m getting fatter!  Yeah imagine that Garfield cartoon with the scale screaming at him. Fitness Day 5

Kettlebell Intervals
3 Minute Warm-Up (jumping jacks and punching bag)
6 Rounds of:
30 Seconds Kettlebell Swing (rotated between single arm swing and double hand swing with 20lb and 16KG bell)
90 Seconds Active Rest (jumping jacks and punching bag)
5 Minutes Cool Down

Fitness Day 4

3 days of working out in less than 2 weeks…I’m on a roll now!  Now if I can just quit with the corn dogs, pizza buffets and other goodness, I’ll be good.
Each section done back to back with a 1 minute rest in between (A1 and A2, minute break, A1 and A2 minute break…etc)

5 R Snatches - 16KG Bell
5 L Snatches - 16KG Bell
10 Swiss Ball Crunches
Seperate to that I added another 25 Snatches for each hand.  In all it took: 14:25
